The L.P. Bobbie Gentry and Glen Campbell had gone gold and spawned two hit singles, so naturally Capitol were keen to continue the duo’s success: Bobbie re-united with Glen Campbell for a single of the Everly Brothers’ hits All I Have to Do Is Dream / Walk Right Back, which was their most successful, rising to #3 on the U.K. Top 40 and #27 on the Billboard Hot 100. A second album of duets again with Kelly Gordon at the helm, was begun but left unfinished.
